Poster Presentation Guidelines
Important Poster Information
Poster boards will be set up in the 1st and 2nd floor open areas of the I. Dodd Wilson building. You may start putting up your posters on March 5th after 3:30 p.m. All posters must be up by 8:00 a.m. on March 6, 2018 and removed by 4:00 p.m. the same day.

In the Research Day program, you will see a number beside your name and abstract title. This is the number of the poster board to which you have been assigned. All boards will be numbered. (Example: If you are #1, you will post on board number #1.)
Explaining your work:
- Plan to be at your poster during Session A (8:30-10:00 a.m.) or Session B (10:00-11:30 a.m.). You selected a time when you submitted your abstract online. This is when your work will be judged.
Putting up your poster:
- In 2018, there will be two smaller posters per board side. Contact Creative Services for the new smaller size research poster template.
- Session A presenters will post on the left side of the assigned poster board. Session B presenters will post on the right side of the assigned poster board.
- You will find push pins and SRD programs on a table as you enter IDW. We do not supply colored construction or poster board paper.
*NO VELCRO MAY BE USED ON THE BOARDS! (It damages the surfaces.)
The actual posting area of the boards is: width 71” and height 47”
Please have your poster removed by 4:00 p.m. If you are unable to remove your poster by this time, please have someone do it for you.
