UAMS Postdoctoral Fellows are trainees, as well as valued research colleagues. To optimize postdoc career trajectories and experiences, the Division of Research and Innovation offers a variety of enrichment opportunities.
Goals
- Most importantly – Create a supportive environment for UAMS postdocs
- Train junior investigators for leadership positions in research
- Provide skills and credentials for success at UAMS
- Prepare investigators for the next steps in their careers
