Session 1: June 3, 2026: Adult Learning Principles, Focus on self-direction, WIIFM- the foundations that every other session will build on.
Session 2: June 10, 2026: Presentation & Delivery, focus on writing objectives that mean something, structuring a lesson, understanding what adult learners actually need from a presentation.
Session 3: June 17, 2026: Facilitation Skills, focus on facilitation vs. instruction, group dynamics, and the psychological safety conditions that make learning possible in medical settings.
Session 4: June 24, 2026: Assessment & Feedback, focus on SBI feedback model, assessment alignment, the dual role of being both a feedback receiver and givers, and how to take feedback well.
Session 5: July 1, 2026: Micro-Teaching lab, focus on real practice: participants teach, receive specific feedback, and immediately teach again incorporating what they just heard.
Session 6: July 8, 2026: Integration & Forward Planning, focus on pulling it all together, naming what changed, and building a concrete 90-day plan with a real accountability partner.
