Office of Sponsored Programs Administrative Network (OSPAN)
OSPAN assists researchers in preparing grant application budgets and materials, provides monthly financial reports, and offers support during award closeout.
Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP)
ORSP negotiates the terms and conditions of all awards, drafts and negotiates subcontracts to other entities, and reviews and approves all proposals sent to sponsors.
Grants Accounting, Division of Finance
The Grants Accounting Office assists researchers and administrators with post-award management of grants and contracts.
Science Communication Group (SciCom)
SciCom provides a range of free editing services, from proofreading for grammar to more substantive editing, including organization and presentation.
Institutional Review Board (IRB)
The IRB is responsible for safeguarding the ethical treatment of research participants by reviewing, approving, and overseeing research projects to ensure compliance.

Office of Research Regulatory Affairs (ORRA)
Assistance with preparing, filing, and maintaining Investigational New Drug/Investigational Device Exemption applications, study monitoring, ClinicalTrials.gov registration, and Good Tissue Practice (GTP) compliance.
BioVenture manages the intellectual property generated at UAMS. They assist inventors and startups in commercializing their technology.
