UAMS Postdoctoral Fellows are trainees, as well as valued research colleagues. To optimize postdoc career trajectories and experiences, the Division of Research and Innovation offers a variety of enrichment opportunities.

Goals

• Most importantly – Create a supportive environment for UAMS postdocs
• Train junior investigators for leadership positions in research
• Provide skills and credentials for success at UAMS
• Prepare investigators for next steps in their careers
