Clinical Research Administration (CLARA) is the UAMS system for submitting, reviewing, and tracking human subject research studies.
CLARA is available online at clara.uams.edu, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
CLARA uses forms to process actions in the system, and the names of the forms indicate their purpose (new submission, modification, continuing review, etc.).
Please keep in mind that only one form can be in process on a study at any given time (excluding Reportable New Information forms).
