If you are unsure whether your project requires UAMS Institutional Review Board review, you can ask for a Human Subjects Research determination from the Institutional Review Board. Log in to Clinical Research Administration (CLARA) and click Create a New Submission on the upper left. Then select Human Subject Research Determination Request in the pop-up window.
