Attention all Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH) staffers who use CLARA: CLARA is able to accommodate a change to an ACH email address!
Reliable sources who work in ACH compliance tell us that ACH staffers are in the process of transitioning to ACH email addresses, which will be used instead of uams.edu addresses. CLARA automatically defaults to a uams.edu address, meaning that this is the address to which CLARA will send any notifications.
If your email address changes, please log in to CLARA to change your email address in your profile. To make the change, click on “your account” at upper right, change the address that’s entered in the email box at upper left, and then be sure to click “save details” at lower left.
CLARA will send notification emails to both the email address that’s entered into that box, and to a user’s UAMS email address, assuming the two addresses differ. Please note that you will continue to use your UAMS login and password to log in to CLARA. All ACH staffers will still have a UAMS login and password; please contact your IT department for help with accessing your UAMS login information if necessary.
