Staff-only modification forms will ask you what you are changing in your study, and that’s where people write in the staff changes they’re making with the form. A couple of hints to help your staff-only modification get quick approval:
–Remember that to complete a staff change, the staff list in CLARA also needs to be updated to reflect the personnel change. That’s the part of the form where you click on a link to add staff, choose that person’s roles and responsibilities, etc. The change isn’t complete until it’s reflected in the CLARA staff list.
–Help us figure out what you are changing by specifically listing the staff names being added or removed in the free text response to the query asking what you are changing.
–And one last reminder about staff modification forms — they CANNOT be used to change a study’s PI. Such a change requires a standard modification form.
