The IRB has posted revised IRB policies to its website. This year, as we prepare for AAHRPP reaccreditation, the IRB office, with help from others on campus, made changes to almost every policy we have. (If it has “6.24.25” in its title on the webpage, it has been updated.) Many of these changes are minor, such as formatting changes or updating the references, although some are more significant. This year’s revisions were very much a team effort, and the entire IRB office staff deserves a big “thank you” for their work on these. Extra thanks to Associate IRB Directors Amanda Holloway and Shweta Davalbhakta for doing the heavy lifting on document management and keeping us on track.
